testing: add experimental $(top_srcdir)/{kvm,ns} scripts
see if they make it easier to run the testsuite.
"ns" invokes "nsrun"
"kvm" invokes make; for instance:
./kvm sh east
./kvm test testing/pluto/basic-pluto-01
