testing: in post-mortem.sh, stop pluto and check for leaks, and check for
core files
This means tests always stop pluto and check for cores/leaks before
the host is shutdown (look in *.console.verbose.txt). Tests were
missing core dumps because pluto was only stopped after the test had
finished (i.e., during shutdown).
There be leaks (but not too many).
(Should probably also stop strongswan, iked, ...)
