logging: debug-log struct logger alloc/free
Note the hack added to main(), the very first logger's
allocation is lost - it would be written to the console
if debugging were enabled.

refcnt: add dbg_{alloc,free}(), emit fake refcnt debug-log lines
So non-refcnt memory can be tracked with refcnt.awk.
