pervasive: change all selector_eq() calls to samesubnet()
Where pervasive means two calls.
Since selector_eq() just wraps samesubnet() there's no real change.
(This way, fixing a bug in selector_eq() - it's a little fuzzy when it
comes to checking that two selectors have identical protocols - won't
break anything).
