whack: update oppo options and corresponding whack message fields
- add --opposport
- make passing reference to all --oppo* options in
in documentation and usage messages
In pluto, pack all the information provided by whack into
ip_endpoints.
Since everything defaults to zero this doesn't alter current
behaviour.
