kernel: cleanup delete_bare_shunt()
- replace "IGNORE_ON_XFRM" hack with
<<bool skip_xfrm_raw_eroute_delete>>
(is this also needed by BSD? KLIPS is gone)
- pass selectors that include the protocol into bare_shunt_ptr()
- cleanup log line
