testing: ikev2-allow-narrow-03 shows corrected narrowed proposal
Turns out beforehand it was not installing the IPsec SA on the
wider responder side in the narrowed version of the initiator.
The new behaviour is correct.

testing: certoe-06-nat-packet-cop dont grep for pluto.log on nic
since it ends up checking /tmp/pluto.log which does actually exist
when it runs in a namespace on my laptop :)
