iketcp: update logging, clarify code
prefix all log (and debug) lines with:
IKETCP <iketcp-state>: ....
so that there's much more context when things barf.
Rename enum iketcp_state and enum iface_read_status members
hopefully making things clearer. IFACE_READ_OK_BUT, needs more work.
Expect the event fd to match the one saved in the iface struct.
