kvm: hack to support bash command line completion
first:
$ complete -o filenames -C ./kvm ./kvm
then:
$ ./kvm <tab><tab>
install test diff patch sh ...
$ ./kvm sh <tab><tab>
east west ...
$ ./kvm install test diff testing/<tab>
pluto/ ...
almost useful
