kvm: use /etc/fstab on fedora guests - REBUILD REQUIRED
- switch Fedora guests from systemd.mountd config files to /etc/fstab
(systemd documentation even seems to encourage this).
- add x-systemd.automount to the 9p mounts /source, /testing, /pool
(this way 9p file systems are only mounted after boot, and test
and test domains can get to /source)
- update kvmrunner so that it uses /etc/fstab to figure out mounts
(also fix a bug in OpenBSD which assumed that /testing was the
only NFS mount)
