testing: update ipcheck
- make the --dns option manditory; change syntax to
--dns={no,hosts-file,yes}
(looking up localhost works when there is no DNS)
- don't lookup localhost6 - non portable
- split numeric and non-numeric lookups
- try 0, 4, and 6 on all numeric addresses
- skip DNS lookups when numeric address is invalid
- skip DNS lookups when name requires DNS
- check for memory leaks
change check-01 to run: ipcheck --dns=hosts-file
