events: drop SA/SO from event short names
so <<SA_REPLACE in 1s>> becomes <<REPLACE in 1s>>.
Also rename:
EVENT_SO_DISCARD->EVENT_SA_DISCARD
EVENT_v1_SA_REPLACE_IF_USED->EVENT_v1_REPLACE_IF_USED
to avoid the enum name table getting too long.
