testing: ikev2-labeled-ipsec-01 updates
- use ipsec-look.sh; run from final.sh
gives more determinstic output (ipsec state|policy would be nice)
- add/use semodule.sh
- drop rm secmodule - in OUTPUT so will be deleted
hopefully now a template for other labeled tests
