testing: update ikev2-labeled-ipsec-03-multi-acquires*/ removing wrong
output
The tests try to trigger two acquires:
1. using nc (TCP); this works
2. using ping (ICMP); this passes packets but triggers no acquire
more interesting is shuffling the order so ping is first still
passes packets and still triggers no acquire; suspect something
wrong with routing tables / state / policy?
