ikev2: dnssec updates
Limit return codes to OK, FATAL, and SUSPEND; and eliminate
md->v1_st.
- define dns_status limited to just DNS_{OK,FATAL,SUSPEND}
- replace STF_FAIL+v2N_<magic> with DNS_FATAL
- replace struct state with struct ike_sa
- on the responder, pass in the continuation function
- call functions {initiator,responder}_fetch_id{r,i}_ipseckey()
(help me remember that the initiator deals with IDr and vis-vis)
