ikev2: redirect: remove unnecessary magic code
the code in question/commit is not needed anymore. Now deleting larval
child SA works properly, and teardown_half_ipsec_sa indeed does delete
the 'dead' XFRM state when EVENT_SA_EXPIRE on IKE_SA runs its course.
