testing: post-mortem.sh updates
- don't check refcnt when there's a core dump
no point, guarenteed to be wrong (still not being enforced)
- dump non-zero xfrm stats
for normal tests they should all be zero; lets find out
- dump ipsec look
policy/state should be clear; lets find out
- save output in files called post-mortem.*.log
so that OUTPUT/east<tab> doesn't get confused
