initiate: break oppo_instantiate() out of
build_outgoing_opportunistic_connection()
... and rename to find_outgoing_opportunistic_template().
pexpect() it to return the connection found earlier (i.e.,
what is it doing that is different?).

shunt_from_address_and_selector()
shunt == packet.<end>.address + end.client.protocol + end.client.port
