kvm: add kvm-netbsd-install
- use gmake's $(call) to merge some common code
- turn kvm-$(OS)-update into
kvm-$(OS)-upgrade to upgrade existing VM
kvm-$(OS)-downgrade force install on clean VM
- rename kvm-${OS}-transmogrify to kvm-${OS}-build
=> creating the build domain always transmogrifies
- use <<make install-base>> to install on NetBSD VM
=> can't use KVM_MAKEFLAGS as that is linux specific
- give the base domains $KVM_WORKERS) cpus and lots of memory
doesn't seem to confuse NetBSD/i386
