kvm: clone NIC from the Fedora build domain
+ this means namespace and kvm tests are in sync
- this means it is built every time ./kvm install is run

kvm: define and use $(KVM_$(OS)_CLONES) and $(KVM_$(OS)_DOMAIN_CLONES)
$(KVM_$(OS)_DOMAIN_CLONES) contains just domain names
(KVM_$(OS)_CLONES) includes path
