testing: for ./kvm demolish, delete swandefault.gw so it gets rebuilt
This way, the next install quickly rebuilds the gateway.
However, if there's anything using it (such as a BSD domain
running tests) it won't be left in limbo.
Of course, during the rebuild, things will get messy but hopefully
that's a very short window.
Nice would be per-prefix domains.
