ip: simplify IPv6 path in ttoaddress()
- use 1-byte offsets (not 2-byte words)
- use memmove()/memset()
- handle leading/trailing : in main loop
- eliminate getpiece()
- use a shunk_t cursor
and
- eliminate use of ipv6_info.address.any
