Revert "connections: move .modecfg_* to struct config"
Code, using strtok() to break down the .modecfg_domains string. is
bailing part way though and leaving a NUL embedded in the middle of
the string.
This reverts commit 04bc6888d9d762c71435d51058562488d5bf1844.
