addconn: add {left,right}pubkey=... and {left,right}ecdsakey=...
{left,right}pubkey= is for a Textual Encoding of Subject Public Key
(see rfc7468#section-13):
- showhostkey --pem can be used to obtain the value
- showhostkey --left --<something> should as well?
The code to implement this is hiding in NSS.
{left,right}ecdsakey= is a testing-only sibling of {left,right}rsasigkey=
It accepts EC public keys in raw point form (like is published by
DNSSEC).
