crypto: increase ckaid_t buffer to 40-bytes; truncate
While most crypto backends use 20-byte SHA-1 to generate the CKAID
usb keys have been known to (via SubjectKeyIdentifier say) generate
some pretty crazy values.
See #815. Long term should look at dynamically allocating the buffer
