kvm: during transmogrify use files from local directory, not /testing
That is:
bash_profile
FreeBSD's rc.conf
NetBSD's rc.local
OpenBSD's rc.local
Fedora's *.network
Also add notes to Fedora's transmogrify where it still installs
bind files and sysctl.conf from /testing. Suspect the BIND files,
at least, should be moved to either install or swan-prep.
