testing: update <<ipsec-hostkey>> tests
- add genhostkey.sh, use; using generated host keys, also creates:
OUTPUT/$HOST.ckaid {left,right}ckaid=...
OUTPUT/$HOST.raw {left,right}{rsasigkey,ecdsakey}=<raw>
OUTPUT/$HOST.pub {left,right}pubkey=<pem>
OUTPUT/$HOST..hostkey copy of raw/pub
which can be appended to ipsec.conf
- add ipsec-hostkey-07-ckaid-pubkey-{raw,rsa}; each end has:
<local>ckaid=....
<remote>pubkey=....
so the local private key is found using CKAID, while
the PEM encoded pubkey is supplied
- shuffle other test names
