connections: add child.selector and define set_{end,first}_selector()
Change code, such as found in acquire and/or instantiate, that modifies
spd.end.client to instead use set_{end,first}_selector().
When the connection's SPD is non-NULL, pexpect the connection end's
child.selector to match the first SPD's client field.
This way IKEv2's TS code has access to each end's selector(s)
(the permuted list of SPDs isn't that useful).
