ikev2: save the accepted traffic selectors in child.selectors.accepted
Two issues:
- the CP code path (incorrectly) skips the TS code scribbling
on the connection; once the CP code path is fixed this goes away
- CK_PERMENAT connections see no reason for scribbling the
aggreed-to TS on the connection
