foodgroups: use lookup by connection serial
... and not conn_by_name()
In remove_group_instance() explicitly search for connections
instantiated from the group-instance instead of relying on
quirks of delete_connections_by_name().
In route/unroute always apply op to group-instances and not the
newest connection matching by name.
