ikev1: delete aggr/main mode state when first transition fails
When the transition fails and in the initial MAIN_R0 or AGGR_R0 state,
delete the state object.
The patch assumes that:
ikev1: start aggr mode responder in STATE_AGGR_R0
has been applied. With out this a failure in STATE_AGGR_R1 should
also be deleted.
Follow up:
ikev2: add disabled-for-now code to delete larval states
(ikev2 is a typo).
