testing: add <<mount-bind.sh /etc/hosts /etc/hosts>>
to dnssec-pluto-01, ikev2-ddns-01, ikev2-ddns-03
where mount-bind.sh, copies /etc/hosts to /tmp/hosts.... and
then <<mount --bind>> the file.
