testing: add wait-for-pluto.sh <pattern>, use
wrap the somewhat painful but surprisingly effective:
wait-for.sh --match "#1: established" -- cat /tmp/pluto.log
into:
wait-for-pluto.sh "#1: established"
(N.B., most sleeps can be changed to this)

testing: add drip-inbound.sh <message-number> <pattern>, use
the script combines:
- wait for the inbound message
- release the inbound message
- wait for pattern
for instance:
drip-inbound.sh 2 "#1: Main Mode established"
so is useful for having an end "step" through a message
(also add wait-for-inbound.sh which is just the first step)
