testing kvm: split fedora domain
linux: used to build stock {east,west,road,north} domains
fedora: used to build fedora{e,w,n} domains
this is so that:
- a custom and stock fedora domains can co-exist
- there's a fedora domain configured like alpine and debian
(i.e., use NFS)
