connection: rename struct spd_route -> struct spd
Code has reached the point where it has little to do with routes
(and everything to do with installed kernel policy aka SPD).
Note that SPDs (currently installed kernel policy) and selectors
(negotiated kernel policy) are still kept tightly in sync (look
for *scribble*()). Handling a changed assigned IP address means
breaking that assumption.
