kernel xfrmi: use linux_netlink_query() to query interfaces
Turn process_nlmsgs() into process_nlmsg() callback. Use with
linux_netlink_query() in find_xfrmi_interface() and
ip_addr_xfrmi_get_all_ips().
Handle NLMSG_DONE embeddded in a response read.
