testing kvm: upgrade linux domains (east, west, ...) to f40
This is an overhaul.
- the package list in testing/kvm/linux/kvm.mk is dropped
Instead upgrade.sh contains a minimial list of packages to install.
If you think a package is missing, just add it back.
- the hacks to install a custom kernel are dropped
The goal is to be able to build kernels from kernel.org and then
boot them directly using firecracker or qemu's --kernel.
