testing kvm: make the test domain's disk transient
i.e., WHEN THE DOMAIN SHUTS DOWN ALL WRITES ARE THROWN AWAY
- this makes logging into and installing a custom
libreswan on a test domain even less pratical
(log into linux and install in a custom place)
- this is more like namespaces where the space is
built from scratch
- this sets things up for destroying domains instead of
crossing fingers and hoping they shutdown cleanly:
- some times the domain becomes wedged
- sometimes the shutdown isn't clean

- in re-sanitize use OUTPUT/*.console.verbose.txt
- in kvm use $(KVM_BUILD_HOST_NAMES) et.al. from Makefile
