testing tcpdump.sh: update
- add -A option for ascii output
- dump from OUTPUT/*.pcap file and not the transient file in /tmp
- add -c <count> paired with --wait
wait for <count> packets; and wait for tcpdump to exit
- add -- option (remaining params passed to tcpdump -r
