ikev1 ppk: don't copy .st_v2_ike_ppk to the larval child
As Vukasink explains it:
PPK does not matter (RFC8784 does not e.g. have a use-case that if
after initial IKE SA PPK changed, that rekeyed IKE SA should use
PPK)
