addconn: scrub auto= when adding individual tests
This restores the wrongly documented 4.x behaviour where,
when adding individual connections, auto= had no effect.
Instead it was <<ipsec auto --start>>(?) that was also
calling whack --initiate.
When verbose log when auto= is overriden.
close #1853 what does auto=up ipsec start do?
