crypto: eliminate struct secret_stuff
Merge into struct secret.
- bypass (and delete) get_secret_stuff()
use secret_preshared_stuff() and secret_pubkey_stuff()
- in foreach_secret() pass back type, line and secret_context
and not secret_stuff
- use secret_pubkey_stuff() to detect secret with pubkey
- sprinkle const struct secret *
