testing: expand auto=keep tests
- confirm second child is revived
- for IKEv2 use:
ipsec whack --impair revival
ipsec whack --deletestate
to mimic <<ipsec down>> as that doesn't
yet DTRT when a child
close #1986 test keep of second child
