testing x509: make x509-profile-02-extended-key-usage self reproducing
- generate broken EKU cert from conn name using `ipsec certutil`
- generate conn using `ipsec whack --name`
- add range critical {client,server}Auth certs
close #2104 test eku clientAuth+critical
