libipsecconf: drop disoriented .dnshostname
In ddns.c, use remote's host.name (code is already using
remote's address et.al.).
`addconn` assumed only RIGHT required the DNS lookup.
`whack` assumed that the last DNS to fail required lookup.
Also in `whack`, simplify --host code so it mimics `addconn`.
