Merge ddns: rebuild proposals after resolving
... and don't assume unresolved connection is oriented
(when unresolved .remote might really be local)
note #2353 should a half resolved connection orient

should not have been routed or oriented.

ddns: resolve when either end's address is unspecified
Was only re-doing the lookup when the "remote" address
is unspecified; but that assumes the connection is
oriented correctly.

connections: drop host_afi param to build_connection_proposals*()
Instead make use of extract_hosts(), when the address is unresolved
or %any, still setting the ip_version.
