Merge whack: add mechanism for sending config options as a tuple
Instead of adding a pickled field to whack_message,
store the value in an array (indexed by conn keyword)
and then pass non-NULL elements of the array to pluto
as tuples (end, option, value).
Switch xauthusername and hostaddrfamily to this mechanism.
Two notes:
- its much easier to turn JSON into (end, option, value)
- the fields are being selectively copied from one array
to a second; its to stop values still being sent over
as whack_message fields being duplicated as tuples)
