testing namespace: bind mount /etc/ocspd before staring test
Similar to --usenscript and ns.sh, run a script inside
the namespace to some configuration. However, use
nsenter directly, and just set up /etc/ocspd.
close #2672 namespaces need to bind mount /etc/ocspd
