testing kvm: convert all platform specific tests to all.*.sh
For instance:
all.netbsdwest-linuxeast.sh
its clear advantage over individual script files such as
"01-netbsdeast.sh" is that swiching platforms is trivial.
For instance, to change the initiator to FreeBSD, rename
the file to:
all.freebsdwest-linuxeast.sh
This leaves the forms:
eastinit.sh westinit.sh westrun
01-east.sh 02-west.sh 03-east.sh 04-west.sh
for "generic" (actually fedora) tests.

Another idea to explore with "generic" tests is:
./kvm check east=netbsd west=linux my-test
but much much later.
