Merge ipsec status: remove internal state names from output
Following the suggestion in issue #1670, update the ipsec status
output to remove internal all-caps state names.
close #1670 reword "west":500 ESTABLISHED_CHILD_SA (established Child SA);
REKEY in XXs; REPLACE in XXs; newest; ...

testing: output tweaks

testing: update console files for clean status output
Update console files affected by the removal of internal state names
from ipsec status output. Only files where the #N: status lines
changed are updated.
Also update ikev2-20-ikesa-reauth/final.sh grep pattern and
ikev2-hostpair-01/final.sh sed pattern to match new output format.
